Based in London, this hands-on cooking class welcomes everyone from enthusiastic beginners to experienced home cooks. Led by expert chefs, you’ll spend the day learning new skills, experimenting with flavours and discovering how to transform fresh ingredients into restaurant-quality dishes.
Your culinary adventure begins with a welcome drink on arrival before stepping into the professional teaching kitchen. With small groups and expert guidance throughout the day, you’ll receive plenty of support and encouragement as you work through each stage of the recipes.
Choose from a wide variety of inspiring class themes, covering cuisines from across the globe. Options may include Italian classics, Indian favourites, Asian street food, Korean, Thai, Malaysian or Vietnamese cooking, as well as specialist classes such as fish or beginner cooking courses. Each session focuses on authentic ingredients, flavour balancing and techniques that you can easily recreate at home.
Throughout the day you’ll prepare a range of dishes while learning valuable kitchen skills such as ingredient preparation, spice blending, timing and presentation. Everything you need is provided, including all ingredients, professional equipment and expert tuition, allowing you to focus purely on the cooking experience.
Lunch and refreshments are included, along with a glass of wine or beer, giving you the chance to relax and enjoy the delicious food created during the class. You’ll also leave with a recipe pack so you can confidently recreate your new dishes at home and continue building your culinary repertoire.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available across many of the classes, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.

You will be provided with everything you need for the day, all you need to bring are food containers to take home some of the delicious food you'll have made.
The venue is a 6-minute walk from Farringdon station and the Elizabeth Line, 5 minutes from St Pauls on the central line, and 9 minutes from Blackfriars station.
A variety of classes run on selected days from Monday to Saturday, all year round.Â
One Day Classes are 5 and a half hours long and run from 9.30am- 3pm.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
