You'll learn the unique characteristics and the differences between gelato and sorbet, from their ingredients and texture to the methods of preparation. In addition to practical skills, the workshop also covers the history of gelato, providing a cultural and historical context to this beloved dessert.
You'll get hands-on experience of churning ice cream, allowing you to test out your new found knowledge, with expert guidance.
And of course, there'll be ice cream tasting! Indulge in a variety of flavours, and experience the richness and depth of authentic Italian gelato.
The workshop will finish with you being able to take home 1 kilo of ice cream in a flavour of your choice.
This workshop is available everyday between 5pm and 6:30pm.
