The experience begins with a focus on fundamental chef techniques, placing particular emphasis on knife skills. Under expert instruction, you’ll practise precision cuts and learn specialist methods such as boning meat, filleting fish and preparing vegetables correctly, developing efficiency, confidence and accuracy at the chopping board.
