There are a number of options for you to choose from to really get the most out of your spa experience, starting with the duration of the package.
We give you four options for you to choose which one suits you; 30 mins for a choice of massages, exfoliators, foot treatments and neck and scalp massages, 60 minutes for revitalising and relaxing massages and rituals, or the 90 minutes of massages, facials body scrubs and massages.
You can then decide if you want a light lunch refreshment with a glass of prosecco, on the weekend or a weekday.

The spa day experiences are limited to 4 hours and includes consultation time.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

Important information about your QHotels spa experience
When you arrive
It is recommended you arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa experience. If you arrive late, this could result in a loss of treatment time.
A robe and a towel will be provided for you on arrival. Swimsuits must be worn in the Health Club facilities as well as appropriate footwear. Flip-flops can be purchased at the spa reception.

Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements you may have when making your booking to ensure the food and beverage team can be briefed accordingly.
Treatments
Some of the treatments that are offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. In some instances, a doctor’s note may be required to be able to carry out the treatment. If any member of your party is pregnant, has had surgery within 6 months or is suffering from any medical condition please advise of this prior to your spa day as this may alter your treatment options.
All of the Elemis products used in the treatments are available to purchase for you to continue your spa experience at home.
Spa etiquette
This is a private Health Club facility which welcomes families and children around the poolside. The Health Club team will endeavour to keep the pool environment tidy and will remove towels or belongings left unattended for over 30 minutes, with that in mind, we kindly request that poolside loungers are not reserved.
Your Spa experience is a chance for you to relax and enjoy a digital escape and leave your mobiles devices in your lockers, which are provided. Our Spa Day Experiences are limited to 4-hours.
The relaxation room is adult only and is an area of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect other spa guest's right to privacy and serenity.
Enjoyed my experience particularly the all body massage treatment with Ellie. It was really lovely.
Very enjoyable day for two of us (the voucher was a thank you present) starting with a massage (choose from a few options) in the same room. Excellent therapists - we had slightly different treatments and both enjoyed them. The treatment rooms are well decorated and feel relaxing.
The pool is a good length - 15 metres - so we could swim properly, and the jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms were clean and well maintained. We could sit at chairs around the pool and there were 2 loungers. If there is anything negative, it's that the pool is accessed by classes and can get quite full but it wasn't a problem.
The light meal was delicious - we chose chicken rice salad and had an excellent fresh fruit salad afterwards.
The only real negative was that the hotel reception staff were not familiar with WonderDays as an experience agent and this caused some concern and a lot of checking on their part to make sure our booking voucher was legitimate. Q Hotels were fine with WonderDays when speaking to staff from their central phone number when we booked the spa day and there was no problem then; but staff in the hotels had not been informed of WonderDays contracts which should be sorted out!
