The highlight of the day is the trio of treatments. The Tranquillityâ„¢ Pro-Sleep Massage is inspired by the Indonesian Sea Malay Massage and is designed to encourage deep rest and wellbeing. Using a carefully chosen blend of essential oils and calming sound elements, it helps ease tension and leaves you feeling comfortably relaxed rather than sleepy for the rest of the day.
Alongside this, guests enjoy a Remedy Facial, created especially for sensitive and delicate skin. With a prebiotic from sugar beets and nourishing marula oil, it helps soothe discomfort and support the skin’s natural defences, leaving skin feeling calm and refreshed. The final treatment is a choice of a Hand or Foot Ritual, or a Mii nail file and polish, adding a simple finishing touch.
Guests can enjoy use of the spa facilities throughout the day, including the 15-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There’s also a fully equipped gym and studio for those who like to start with a gentle workout before winding down, or you can simply focus on relaxation from start to finish.
A two-course lunch is included as part of the experience, making it feel like a complete day out rather than just a spa visit. Robes, towels and slippers are provided, so everything is taken care of.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
