They’re open from 06:00 – 22:00 weekdays and 07:00 – 21:00 during the weekend so you’re able to arrive at your own time and enjoy full use of the Quad Spa’s facilities. Book in your treatment slot and work your own personal relaxation around the session.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

The Aqua Bar & Conservatory is a stylish and contemporary space in which guests can enjoy light bites, coffee and cocktails mixed by the talented Bar team.
Through the Bar towards the lawns and lake, is the Conservatory, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Continue through to the Terrace for relaxing views of the manicured gardens.

Quad Beauty Opening Times: 9:00am to 6:30pm everyday for spa and beauty treatments.
The spa was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our afternoon tea and the service in the glaze conservatory was amazing. Staff overall were very helpful and friendly. Our only criticism was that after our afternoon tea we came back to wet towels and robes due to only being allowed one. Overall a lovely experience that we would love to repeat.
We had a lovely day at the Crowne using our spa day voucher.
Pool was great, ideal for those who love to swim like me. Steam room and sauna decent sizes.
