At the heart of the day is an 80-minute spa treatment combining the New Life, New Mum Massage with a Remedy Mini Facial. The massage is a nurturing, elasticising treatment suitable during pregnancy from the second trimester, as well as post-pregnancy. It’s designed to reduce swelling, improve circulation and help maintain skin tone, using gentle techniques that focus on comfort and care. The Remedy Mini Facial complements this perfectly, offering a calming approach to sensitive skin. Using a prebiotic from sugar beets and nourishing marula oil, it helps soothe discomfort and support the skin’s natural balance.
The experience includes full use of the spa facilities, so there’s plenty of time to relax before or after treatments. Guests can enjoy the 15-metre indoor swimming pool, unwind in the sauna and steam room, or simply settle into the spa environment and take things at their own pace.
