The Master Butcher will guide you through expert butchery techniques. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned home cook, you'll get hands-on in preparing, blending, and producing three types of sausages. The types of sausage you'll make could range from the traditional breakfast sausage to the more exotic flavours of the Cotechino or the Boerewors. Whichever you make, they are guaranteed to be delicious!
Using a professional sausage stuffing machine, you’ll stuff your sausages, gaining new skills and insights into the art of creating the humble sausage. This experience not only enhances your cooking repertoire but also lets you create professional-looking sausages that you can take home and enjoy. The experience culminates in a sumptuous tasting lunch, where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour alongside an array of exquisite charcuterie.
This sausage making experience is more than just a cooking lesson; it’s a chance to create lasting memories, bond over the joy of food, and leave with new skills and a full belly.
This experience is available on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Timings: 10am to 2pm.
The curing class takes place in the morning followed by a delicious lunch.
