You’ll discover the secrets to gnarly tandoori chicken, learning how to balance spices and achieve that delicious smoky char. You’ll also get hands-on kneading, shaping and cooking fluffy naan breads, whipping up a cooling cucumber raita, and mixing a zingy green salsa. Add to that fragrant spiced chickpeas and you’ve got the makings of an unforgettable feast. The real highlight? Creating perfect little panipuri, filled with your salsa and chickpeas, a true street food favourite.
