The class introduces the ‘Top Ten’ essential ingredients to feed and strengthen the gut, alongside herbs and spices that not only add flavour but also provide immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory benefits.

Far more than just a theory-based workshop, this masterclass offers a hands on experience in preparing vibrant, flavourful dishes that can easily be recreated at home.

During the session, a variety of wholesome recipes are prepared and enjoyed, such as:

  • Yoghurt with Fresh Berries and Honey: a simple, probiotic-rich dish that promotes a healthy gut environment.
  • Lentil & Spinach Dahl: a fibre-filled meal to feed beneficial gut bacteria and support digestion.
  • Beetroot Hummus with Lemon-Grilled Courgette: a vibrant dish packed with nutrients to aid gut health.
  • Thai-style Salmon on an Asian Noodle Salad: a protein-rich recipe with ingredients that encourage microbiome balance.
  • Moroccan Spiced Fricassee of Chicken with Butternut Squash and Chickpeas: a nourishing main featuring immune-boosting spices and fibre-rich ingredients.
  • Green Tea Smoothie: a refreshing drink full of antioxidants and gut-healthy fibre to boost the digestive system.

The class is guided by expert tutors who share not only cooking techniques but also a deeper understanding of the science behind gut health. By the end of the day, participants will leave with practical knowledge, inspiration, and the confidence to make better food choices for improved wellbeing.

Important Information

You will be provided with everything you need for the day, all you need to bring are food containers to take home some of the delicious food you'll have made.

The venue is a 6-minute walk from Farringdon station and the Elizabeth Line, 5 minutes from St Pauls on the central line, and 9 minutes from Blackfriars station.

The class runs on selected days from Monday to Saturday, all year round. 

The class is 5 and a half hours long and runs from 9.30am- 3pm.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

  • Minimum age: 13 (under 18’s need parental or guardian consent) A soft drink alternative will be offered to under 18's.
  • ID may be required.
  • It's not possible have spectators unfortunately. All attendees must be paying participants in the class.
  • If you are gluten intolerant, please make the provider aware of this when booking as many classes can be altered and tailored to suit a gluten free diet.
  • You will be able to purchase a good selection of equipment that you use in our classes, as well as a variety of spices.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes (no flip-flops or open toed shoes).
  • There is ample car parking on site, free of charge.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
