The fiesta begins with a glass of bubbles on arrival or tea/coffee if before 12pm. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create some of Spain’s most iconic dishes. Don’t worry if you’re not a whizz in the kitchen, the expert teaching chefs make everything simple, easy to follow, and seriously enjoyable.
You’ll kick things off by unlocking the secrets to a proper paella. Fragrant with saffron, chicken, prawns and all the good stuff, it’s a dish that never fails to impress. Prefer plant-based? No problem, there’s a delicious vegan version too. Next up is the ultimate tapas favourite: patatas bravas. Spicy, garlicky, and just the right amount of fiery, these crispy potatoes are guaranteed to become a go-to in your cooking repertoire. And to top it all off, you’ll master a rich, red-wine baked chorizo, the kind of dish that looks and tastes like it came straight from a Spanish restaurant menu.
The best part? You’ll get to sit down with your fellow chefs and tuck into the feast you’ve just created. It’s relaxed, sociable, and bursting with flavour, just the way Spanish dining should be. If you’d rather save your creations for later, you can always take a box home instead.
