Zip World’s Stadium Drop in Cardiff takes place at one of the most iconic spots in Wales: the Principality Stadium.
The adventure begins with a warm welcome from the Zip World team before you’re strapped into a full-body harness. Your guide will talk you through everything, so even if you’re a little nervous, you’ll feel completely looked after.
Before the big drop, there’s a climb to conquer: more than 200 steps up to the stadium’s roof canopy. It’s a bit of a leg-burner, but the reward at the top is worth every step. From the viewing platform, you’ll get sweeping views over Cardiff, the Welsh coastline, and Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons).

Attached securely to the abseil system, they’ll step over the edge and begin their descent, a full 30 metres down the outside of the Principality Stadium. The best part?
