Important Information

Wetsuits are required and can be rented for £8 per person. (If you prefer to bring your own, please ensure it has full-length legs.)
Buoyancy aids, helmets, and water boots are included as part of the experience.
Customers should bring swimwear or spare clothes to wear under a wetsuit and there are showers and changing rooms at the centre.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your experience is due to start.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Participants must be able to swim 25 metres
Under 18s must have an accompanying adult onsite for the duration of the experience
Maximum weight: 115kg (18st)

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

I’ve Never Been White Water Rafting Before

Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. Participants must be able to swim and have a reasonable level of fitness. A full safety briefing is provided before hitting the water, ensuring everyone is comfortable with the commands. Your skilled and qualified guide will be there every step of the way to help you navigate the rapids with confidence.

Can I Get Photos of the Experience?

Yes! A professional photographer is usually on-site to capture your adventure, except on certain winter days when conditions may not allow it. After your session, you can view your photos at the booth near reception and decide if you'd like to purchase them.

For safety reasons, personal GoPros or similar devices cannot be used during the rafting session.
