With guidance from experienced instructors, you'll climb into the cab of a powerful 4-wheel-drive tractor and learn the basics before taking full control and driving around a purpose-built course.
There are different experience lengths to choose from allowing you to practise real farming manoeuvres and tackle practical tasks using the skills you’ve picked up.
The 15-minute session is brilliant for first-timers wanting a fun introduction to tractor driving. The 30-minute session gives you more time behind the wheel to build confidence, improve your driving technique, and get a feel for how tractors are used during real farming tasks.
The 1 hour session takes things up a gear, with the chance to use a cultivator and learn how tractors help prepare and move soil on working farmland. And if you want the full countryside experience, the 2 hour session lets you learn how to plough and prepare a field for yourself.
Whether you’re buying for a farming enthusiast or someone who loves unusual experiences, this tractor driving experience day will make a memorable gift for any occasion.
15 minute session - Learn the basics of tractor driving.
30 minute session - Learn the basics and practise manoeuvres to develop your driving technique.
60 minute session - Learn how tractors are used in farming. Includes using a cultivator to move and prepare soil.
2 hour session - More hands-on farming experience where you'll learn how to plough and prepare a field.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes to move around in, and dress for the weather. Please wear suitable footwear, no open toed shoes.
Weather
The experience will go ahead as long as it is safe to do so, even if raining. In the event of extreme weather (very high winds/lightening) the experience provider will contact you at the earliest opportunity to try and get you booked back in within the shortest time frame possible.Â

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
