The Full Monty Tank Driving Experience gives participants the rare chance to get behind the controls of fighting vehicles, currently in service with British Army. It’s not just driving – it’s pure military might! Each participant gets to operate the nimble British 432 APC, the speedy Springer ATV, the Abbott SPG and the formidable British Stormer SAM Tracked Vehicle.
But that’s not all. This full-day extravaganza includes a total of six military-inspired activities. After tank driving, participants take on clay pigeon shooting, blast through the skies with a double-barrel shotgun, and dive into an armoury tour. There’s also a chance to channel your inner survivor with basic survival training, led by a commando special forces instructor, and a unique opportunity to fire 17th-century flintlocks and mortars.
And here’s where things get really exciting: the highest-scoring driver of the day will have the honour of crushing a car under the tracks of a Main Battle Tank. This one is the Chieftan from the film Fast & Furious 6 – talk about a day to remember!
With a hot lunch in the Mess Hall and a full-on day of tank driving, shooting, and military-style survival, this is the perfect gift for thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts alike. The experience starts at 9am and includes six activities in total, including driving and shooting.
Please arrive any time between 8:15am and 8:50am to allow time to check in and get into camo overalls.
Drivers will be put into 6 teams and you'll rotate from activity to activity with the car crush taking place towards the end of the day. The experience should finish around 6:30pm.
A hot lunch is provided on the day. Please advise when booking of any dietary requirements.
Important: The experience provider reserves the right to use other vehicles if required on the day.
This experience is available to book on selected Saturdays between June and September.
