The Main Event

Imagine flying like a bird through the air knowing that you’re in control! This fantastic unique helicopter flying experience will give you that feeling as you and up to 2 friends don’t just get to fly in a helicopter, but you get to pilot one too!

This helicopter trial lesson will offer you the chance to really do something different as you discover how important navigation and observation are within flying a chopper. You’ll start with a short safety briefing explaining all aspects of flight including the controls and how the machine flies before taking the controls and actually flying!

You will spend up to 20 minutes in the air split into three sessions of observation, navigation and flying culminating in a hands on hover challenge to test the skills you have learnt. The time you spend up in the air even counts towards a pilot license!

There’s no better way to gain an insight into the world of flying than with this experience and it’s a great gift for anyone that has an interest in flying and has always wanted to try it.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age is 12 years; under 18s must be accompanied by a fully paying adult. Under 18s accompanying parent(s) will not be required to pay any fee, unless they also are participating in the experience
Minimum height is 4ft and the maximum height is 6ft 5
Maximum weight is 15 stone
Please make the supplier aware of any potential medical issues when booking.

You should not take part if you suffer from epilepsy, vertigo or are pregnant. You should be in reasonable health, if you have any disability or illness that may prevent you from taking part then you must discuss this with the Centre before booking

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
