During the class, you’ll learn the essential skills behind great pizza. Starting with the foundations, you’ll master the art of making your own dough, discovering how to mix, knead and shape it to get that perfect base. Next comes the sauce, where you’ll prepare a fresh and flavour-packed pizza topping that brings everything together.
Then comes the best part… building your pizzas. With a wide selection of toppings to choose from, including plenty of vegetarian options, you can get creative and design your own flavour combinations. Whether you prefer something classic or want to experiment with bold toppings, the choice is yours.
Throughout the class, expert guidance is on hand to share helpful tips and tricks that make all the difference when making pizza at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with the class running at a leisurely pace so everyone can enjoy the experience, ask questions, and have a laugh along the way.
Each participant will make four pizzas, giving you plenty of opportunity to practise your new skills and try different topping combinations. While your pizzas bake, you’ll get to enjoy some freshly made slices during the class, and anything left over can be packed up in the takeaway boxes provided to enjoy later.
Everything you need is included, so you can simply turn up ready to cook and have fun. Ingredients, equipment, hot and cold refreshments are all taken care of, making the experience easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Food allergies and dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian) can be catered for. You'll be choosing your toppings from the pantry.
