Under expert guidance, participants will transform it into silky smooth pasta dough before learning how to master the classic pasta machine like a true Italian nonna. From there, they’ll cut elegant ribbons of tagliatelle and shape adorable farfalle bows, all while picking up skills they can recreate again and again at home.
And because no Italian-inspired experience would be complete without sauce, guests will also watch a fresh tomato sauce come to life, rich, fragrant and perfect for pairing with their handmade pasta creations.
