Set in a gorgeous tranquil setting on the edge of the Lake District, you can look forward to an enchanting and de-stressing experience like no other.
You'll meet the horses and spend time grooming them before being talked through a series of relaxation processes to help you fully relax and settle you into a meditative state, that's the humans and horses!
Children are encouraged to participate through games and breathing exercises and will have time to interact with the horses and experience their therapeutic energy. Spending time with these gentle giants in a beautiful environment can help us find that inner peace that we all crave so much, no matter our age.
This unique meditation experience welcomes all ages, those new to meditation and those more experienced in meditation practices.
You'll be part of a small group of up to 15 participants.
Available Wednesdays at 9am and Sundays at 1pm.
