Ever wondered how you make gelato? Well, wonder no more!
This "Make your own gelato from scratch" experience will show you how to do just that. It's a 3 hour workshop set in a busy working gelato factory in the heart of London where you'll learn the art of crafting this deliciously creamy sweet treat.
The workshop will begin with a tour of the kitchen, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the gelato making process. You'll learn all about the essential ingredients and machinery used to make gelato and sorbet, as well as learn the crucial differences between these two frozen desserts.
You'll get hands-on experience too, and get to make gelato and ice cream, each with different recipes. You'll be guided through the process of creating the base from scratch and gain insights into the techniques that define the texture and flavour of these treats.
While the gelato churns away, you'll enjoy a tasting session and indulge in a variety of flavours as well as dive into the history of gelato, exploring its origins and evolution.
This gelato making workshop ends with each person getting to take home 1 whole kilo of ice cream in their choice of flavour along with the recipes learned on the day.Â
This workshop is available everyday between 11am to 2pm.

Great experience! The hosts were very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We learnt about Gelato making and got to make Vanilla and Vegan Chocolate Gelato from scratch. We also got to taste a few of the flavours that Brice produce, absolutely loved all over the flavours but my favourite was the pistachio! Would definitely recommend this experience and would recommend this brand overall.
I had an excellent time making, sampling, and taking home gelato! The hosts were enthusiastic, friendly and engaging. Overall, a Sunday very well spent!
