Guided by expert instructors, you'll embark on a creative journey to design and cut your very own lino printing block. Whether you choose to craft a series of art prints or custom Christmas cards, the workshop offers a hands-on experience in the fascinating art of lino printing.
During the 2 hour session, you'll design artwork suitable for either an A6 print or a 9cm square print. Traditional cutting tools will be introduced, giving you the chance to experiment with the different marks and textures you can make on a lino plate. Learn the art of inking up and printing from your lino plate, and try out printing on various surfaces to discover unique effects.Â
The best part? You get to take home your printing plate, enabling you to continue printing your design at your own pace, unleashing your creativity again and again.
