You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing gin and tonic to kick off the day! Once everyone’s settled in, an expert distiller will guide you through the fascinating history of gin, sharing stories of its 1600s origins and how it’s become the spirit we all love today. With a beautiful copper still as your base and a variety of botanicals at your fingertips, you’ll learn how gin-making works from the inside out.
Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get creative! With over 70 botanicals to explore, you’ll touch, smell, and taste your way through a range of flavours, from classic juniper to exotic spices, to craft your very own blend. With expert guidance, you’ll bring your recipe to life in your copper still, watching as it distils into something totally unique. As you wait, enjoy sampling award-winning gins and seasonal cocktails, all paired with a delicious cheeseboard featuring locally-sourced treats.
When your gin is ready, you’ll bottle it, add a personalised label, and even name your creation. For a final flourish, sip a custom G&T made from your own blend, a perfect way to toast the day’s accomplishments!
