Your fine-dining experience begins with a drinks reception of seasonal aperitifs, before tucking in to the eight-course menu prepared right before your eyes. Expertly paired wines and non-alcoholic drinks will also be prepared by a sommelier for your enjoyment.
Chef Josh Barnes, has over 10 years of experience in some of the UK's finest Michelin-accredited kitchens, as well as having been awarded the title for London's best vegan and vegetarian tasting menus. He is passionate about using seasonal ingredients, and combines British techniques with undertones of classic French cuisine.
