Zip World’s Underground Golf experience is a one-of-a-kind adventure that takes you deep underground, into an old slate mine, where an epic 18-hole golf course awaits across four levels. With cool lighting, interactive elements, and the initial underground train journey, this is no ordinary round of golf!
Your adventure begins with a brief safety check-in. You’ll be fitted with a hard helmet then you're set to board Europe’s steepest cable railway. This iconic yellow train will whisk you down underground in your own cosy compartment, offering a thrilling 90-second ride before you reach the main event.
Once you arrive, you’ll follow a team member through chambers and tunnels to the golf course, where you’ll grab your clubs, ball, and scoresheet. Then, it’s time to tee off! Each of the 18 holes is set against a backdrop of fun lights, sounds, and interactive features, making it an unforgettable experience.
As you make your way through the course, don’t forget to keep track of your score, there’s a bit of friendly competition in the air! And if you’re feeling daring, you can finish your round with a thrilling drop slide to round off the excitement.
