The Experience

Get yourself ready for a completely unique underground adventure with Zip World's Caverns experience.

The caverns host the world’s largest fully underground zip line which is perfect for the ultimate adrenaline junkie as you negotiate obstacles, tunnels and zip lines. Set in a disused slate mine in North Wales, the tunnels have been inaccessible for the last 200 years but now they’re open and ready for you to take on this brilliant venture!

You and up to six friends will be fully kitted out and have a safety briefing before you undertake the rope bridges, lines, tricky via ferratas and tunnels.

This is a challenging and novel way to spend the day with friends and family and really appreciate the mines from hundreds of years ago. It won’t be an experience that is forgotten in a hurry!

Important Information

The activity is based in an underground cavern where the temperature is approximately 10°C all year.

Refreshments are not included in the price. There are two cafés and a vending machine on site.

For people who require extra assistance, additional equipment and/or persons will be required for safe participation however, additional measures cannot be guaranteed.

This voucher is valid year round, with the exception of occasional midweek winter days.

This experience is not available in July or August or, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

You must be able to reach 1.8 metres whilst standing flat-footed.
Every 2 children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult (18+).
Every 3 youths aged 15-17, must be accompanied by a participating adult (18+).
Maximum weight: 130kg
Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience.
Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women.
Warm clothing and sturdy trainers or boots must be worn.
You must wear gloves for this adventure. You can bring your own or purchase them on the day.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
