This Watercolour Introduction - One Day Course is the perfect experience for anyone interested in exploring their artistic side, whether they're a complete beginner or someone looking to refresh their skills.
This one-day course is designed to help participants of all levels get comfortable with watercolour techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment. Starting in the morning, you'll be introduced to different brushes and techniques through a series of fun, easy-to-follow exercises. These activities are tailored to help you understand how to work with both brush and colour to create more effective and beautiful artwork.
In the afternoon, it’s time to put everything you've learned into practice! You'll have the chance to paint plants, still life objects, or reference material, with plenty of creative freedom to explore your personal style, whether that’s realistic, abstract, or something entirely experimental. More confident students are encouraged to work on their own projects, with guidance and support available throughout the day.
The course is ideal for those looking to dip their toes into watercolour painting or for anyone who wants to revisit a long-lost hobby. You’ll receive high-quality watercolour sheets and sample pieces to get started, and while all necessary paints, brushes, and materials are provided, you’re welcome to bring your own pad if preferred.
The course also includes light refreshments to keep you energised throughout the day. Whether it's for a friend, a family member, or even yourself, this watercolour course is a fantastic way to give the gift of creativity and a new hobby to enjoy.
