Set in the peaceful countryside, the experience begins with a quick health and safety briefing and some fun alpaca facts, did you know they hum when they’re happy? You’ll then be shown how to lead your alpaca before being paired up with your new four-legged friend. These gentle, curious creatures are full of personality, and there’s plenty of time for selfies and snaps to capture the moment.

Every paying ticket holder attending the experience must walk with an alpaca. This includes all ages and abilities. Spectators are not allowed on the experience. Bags of alpaca feed can be bought on the day for £1 each - alpacas love their food!Â
Young children
Adults must be confident that their child can walk the whole distance of this experience. Prams and pushchairs are not permitted due to the uneven and often muddy terrain.
All children aged 4 and under must be in a carrier and (or any age that staff are concerned with their ability to complete up to 60 minutes of walking) will not be permitted to attend the experience without a carrier.
Accessibility
This walk requires a degree of physical fitness. You must be able to walk unaided for 90 mins. Wheelchairs and walking aids cannot be used as you'll be walking on farm tracks.
Pregnancy
If you’re pregnant please be aware that this is a working farm with live animals. Therefore natural bacteria and parasites are present, which in some circumstances may be harmful to a pregnancy. If you choose to visit the farm or participate in an experience it is recommended you do not touch pregnant sheep or lambs and thoroughly wash your hands after being around any of the other animals, especially before consuming food.
Afternoon Tea
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and nut allergies are the dietary requirements that can be catered for. Please advise of this when booking.Â
The afternoon tea menu is prepared for all booked adults and booked over 10’s. If you are visiting with a child who is under 10 there is a selection of children's meals available to purchase on the day of your visit starting at £4.95.
Available to book Thursday to Sunday, 9am to 4pm.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to check in before your experience starts. Latecomers will not be allowed to join  the experience once it has started.Â
At check in, you'll receive a colour-coded wristband which must be worn throughout the experience.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
