Guests will engage in a sushi-making experience, which includes:
Preparing a nigiri set.
Crafting salmon maki rolls.
Making three pieces of nigiri and a maki roll each.
The sushi prepared will be served to guests during the sake tasting session.Â
Following the sushi-making session, guests will participate in a sake tasting in the bar area featuring:Â An introduction to the sake-making process.
Tasting four sakes from the high-quality Akashi-Tai range, including a jumai daiginjo (premium sake), hot honjozo genshu, Ume Shu (sweet plum sake), Ninki Ichi (fizzy premium sake).

Classes typically take place twice monthly on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and 7:45pm.
