Often referred to as “Mud Plugging,” Sporting Trials is all about mastering the art of control and coordination. Your challenge is to navigate a specially designed Trials Car up steep, muddy slopes, through tight turns, and across undulating terrain, all without losing forward motion. Speed isn’t the key here, instead it’s about skill, precision, and timing as you tackle these seemingly impossible climbs. With the expert guidance of your instructor sitting beside you, you’ll quickly learn the techniques to take on the terrain like a pro.
Designed as a winter sport, Sporting Trials truly comes alive under wet and slippery conditions, adding to the excitement as you conquer the muddy slopes. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned motor sport enthusiast, the natural capability of the Trials Car ensures that every moment is packed with adrenaline-pumping fun.
Suitable for participants aged 11 and over, this experience is accessible to all, with no height restrictions and a maximum weight limit of 20 stone. It’s a shared activity for up to four people per car, making it a fantastic opportunity for friends or family to bond over a day of muddy challenges.
Available to book on most Saturdays throughout the year, this Sporting Trials half day experience is the perfect gift for thrill-seekers or anyone looking to try something truly unique.
This is a half day session lasting approximately 3 hours.
Please note: this is a share experience with up to three other people. For larger groups multiple cars/ instructors can be provided.
This experience is not generally affected by extreme weather conditions. However, this is a winter sport and is best done when the conditions are wet.
Should it be necessary to cancel the booking due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond control, an alternative date will be arranged.
If the conditions are unsuitable for this experience, the experience provider reserves the right to substitute the Sporting Trials Car with an alternative motorised experience.
This experience is available to book on most Saturdays throughout the year.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
