You’ll start with the basics: what makes coffee “speciality”, the different types of coffee beans, and how the roasting process changes everything, from flavour to aroma. Then it’s time to dive into the good stuff: roasting your own coffee with real-time, infrared bean temperature tracking.
It’s a small class of just two people, which means loads of one-on-one guidance and time to really get stuck in. You’ll smell every stage of the roast, learn how to spot key changes in colour and sound, and finish up with two 500g bags of your own freshly roasted coffee. Take it home as whole beans or ground to your liking, whatever suits your daily brew.
