Thanks to this hands-on cookery experience you'll be whipping up fresh pasta and turning it into a delicious dish in no time.
You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz (or a tea or coffee if it’s before midday) before it's aprons on to get started. Your expert teaching chef will guide you through the steps to create fresh pasta dough from scratch. You’ll soon be rolling it out using an Imperia pasta machine and discovering just how easy, and satisfying, it is to make pasta the traditional Italian way.
You’ll learn how to transform your dough into three classic pasta shapes: silky ribbons of tagliatelle, playful bow-tie farfalle and fine strands of vermicelli. To go with your pasta, you’ll also unlock the secrets behind three simple yet delicious sauces, from a no-cook fresh tomato sauce to a rich herby butter and a creamy mushroom sauce that you’ll prepare yourself.
Once your masterpiece is ready, you’ll take a seat around the chef’s table and tuck into your pasta alongside a crisp rocket and radicchio salad prepared by the chef. And if you’d rather save your creation for later, you’re welcome to pack it up and take it home instead. Drinks are available to purchase too, so you can enjoy your pasta with a perfectly paired glass of wine if you wish.
The class is relaxed, fun and easy to follow, with expert demonstrations and plenty of time to get stuck in. You’ll work in pairs at your cooking station, making it a fantastic experience for couples, friends or family groups. Plus, you’ll leave with a digital recipe pack so you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.Â
This experience is not suitable for gluten-free diets. However it can be adapted for vegan and vegetarian diets.
