Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is one of those activities that looks impressive but is surprisingly easy to pick up. After a friendly welcome, you’ll be shown the basics, from how to stand comfortably on the board to simple paddle strokes and steering. The boards are wide and stable, making them perfect for first-timers. And if standing feels a step too far at first, kneeling is absolutely fine, confidence builds quickly once you’re moving.
With expert guidance throughout, most people are gliding along before they know it. Depending on the mood of the group, the session can be a peaceful paddle taking in the surroundings, or a more playful experience with light-hearted water-based games. What should I wear?
Quick-drying sportswear with swimwear underneath, and old trainers or water shoes are recommended. Don’t forget a towel and a change of clothes.
There are changing rooms and toilets on site.

Bad weather - If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g. high winds or lightning), your session may be postponed. You'll be contacted as early as possible to reschedule.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
