Weather
Cruises will go ahead in all weather conditions - the boats can be fully enclosed during bad weather.
Cruises will not go ahead during extreme weather events like storms and floods. If your cruise is cancelled you'll be given as much notice as possible and your cruise will be rescheduled.
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free* and dairy free* diets can be catered for. No other dietary requirements, allergies and preferences can be catered for.
*Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present therefore it cannot be guaranteed meals will be free of allergens.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
