Weather
Cruises will go ahead in all weather conditions - the boats can be fully enclosed during bad weather.
Cruises will not go ahead during extreme weather events like storms and floods. If your cruise is cancelled you'll be given as much notice as possible and your cruise will be rescheduled.
Available to book Monday to Sunday, from March to end of October. Advance booking is essential.
Time slots are 5:30pm and 6pm.
Allow 40 minutes for the evening river cruise.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
