Thoughtful touches such as a soft mat, gentle lighting and power points for charging phones add just enough comfort to help everyone unwind after a day outdoors. Complimentary Wi Fi is also available, offering the choice to stay connected or fully switch off and enjoy the moment.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are permitted to stay in the designated ‘dog friendly’ glamping pods only, these are subject to availability, and an additional surcharge paid directly to the experience provider will apply.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and owners take responsibility for clearing up any dog mess. Owners who are found not clearing up after their dog will be requested to leave the premises and no refund will be provided.
Can We Book Extra Activities on The Day?
Please note that additional experiences are also available for purchase directly on site with the experience provider, including pump bike and track activities. Participants wishing to take part in these experiences will need to bring their own bike.
