A range of 3* and 4* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.Â
This voucher covers a hotel stay anywhere within London throughout the year, and we cannot guarantee specific locations/ boroughs within London. Please note that we use a live booking system, meaning hotel availability is beyond our control & is subject to change.
Breakfast is not included as standard under this voucher.

Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for your meal.
Please note that for Friday and Saturday evening bookings reservations can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 09.00 on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week).Â
If you choose to book a Friday or Saturday evening, outside of the 48-hour booking window as advised above, then the voucher will be used against the normal priced a la carte menu and the value taken off your final bill. You will not be able to have the Two or three-course set menu and cocktail.Â

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays etc can affect hotel availability, and certain dates, such as school or public holidays may require an upgrade fee to book.

All bookings are subject to availability.
Available to book 7 days a week, with times ranging from 12 mid-day to 10:30pm at night.
Some date restrictions, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Valentine's Day will apply.
It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available.Â
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What happens next?
When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.
Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.Â
Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
