Important Information

River Cruise
The river cruise ticket can only be used once, on the date you have chosen to travel as indicated in your booking form.

Journey Times:
Liverpool Pier Head, Gerry Marsden - Seacombe, Wirral (single route): 20 minutes
Seacombe, Wirral - Liverpool Pier Head, Gerry Marsden (single route): 30 minutes
Full route: 50 minutes.

The experience provider has two historical vessels The Dazzle and Royal Iris of the Mersey. They reserve the right to change the vessel service, due to operational reasons.

Please note: River cruises do not run on the 24th - 28th December & 1st January.

Bus Tour
The Bus Tour can be taken on the same day as your cruise, or the next day.

Bus Running Times:
11 stops daily between 10AM-4PM (April to September) and 10am-3PM (October to March).
Full route: Approximately one hour from the first to last stop.

Please arrive at the terminal ready for boarding 15 minutes before the departure time.

During weekends, school and public holidays, we encourage visitors to travel on the earlier daytime sailings if possible.

2. Pier Head (River Cruise): Stops 05, 20, 35, and 50 minutes past the hour

4. Museums & Galleries: Stops 20, 35, 50, and 05 minutes past the hour
5. Adelphi Hotel: Stops 30, 45, 00, and 15 minutes past the hour
6. Metropolitan Cathedral: Stops 35, 50, 05, and 20 minutes past the hour
7. Philharmonic Pub: Stops 38, 53, 08, and 23 minutes past the hour
8. Anglican Cathedral: Stops 42, 57, 12, and 27 minutes past the hour
9. St Luke's Bombed Out Church: Stops 46, 01, 14, and 31 minutes past the hour
10. Chinese Arch: Stops 49, 04, 17, and 34 minutes past the hour
11. Brewery Village: Stops 53, 08, 21, and 38 minutes past the hour

*The Royal Albert Dock Liverpool is the start and finish point of the bus tour.

Toilets (including accessible toilets) are available in the terminals and on the ferries
All ferries, terminal and buses are wheelchair accessible
Please note that the link span bridge, which connects the ferry terminal to the landing stage, can be quite steep, especially at low tide
Dogs are allowed on board the ferries and buses but must be on a short lead
There is a café on board the ferries selling drinks and snacks
The bus tours include a live tour guide and multilingual print guides

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
