Ages 10 upwards can get behind the wheel of a Mini Cooper S and learn the basics of car control and gain confidence with manoeuvring a vehicle. During the 30 minute experience, they'll be introduced to clutch control, reversing, parking, changing gear, manoeuvring and more. It's the perfect way to introduce them to the world of driving prior to them starting driving lessons at 17.
The Mini is not only an iconic car but also extremely popular with drivers of all ages. It's small size makes it ideal for younger drivers but as only the Cooper models are used for junior driving lessons, it'll still be an enjoyable experience thanks to its sports look and touches inside and out.Â

Expect to be on site for around 2 to 4 hours. Please arrive 15 mins early for check-in. Your Safety Briefing starts at your allocated time. Driving will commence after this.

Can I drive without a licence?
Yes, drivers can be as young as 10 years old, providing they can reach the pedals with the padding we provide.
The minimum height for junior drivers is 4ft 10 / 147cm
Most of our trainers are ARDS or ADI qualified and all staff are police checked.
Are there any additional costs/upgrades?
All costs are approximate and subject to change. The optional costs are not necessarily relevant to every car/experience.

Are the cars insured?
Yes but there is a £5,000 damage excess that is payable by the driver if any damage is caused whilst they are behind the wheel. You can cover yourself against the excess by purchasing a damage waiver from £34 (available upon booking or on the day) as mentioned above. This is a non-refundable payment.Â
Do I need to bring ID?
Please bring a form of ID with you on the day. This could be a driving licence, passport, birth certificate, student card.
Is there a maximum weight?
There is a maximum weight limit of 18 stone for this experience.
Can we spectate?
Yes, there are outside spectator areas so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Can I accompany my child in the vehicle?
Unfortunately due to health and safety, you can’t sit in the car with your child.
Is there someone sat in the car with my child?
Yes, there is a driving trainer sat in car with you at all times out on track.
How long do I drive for?
For each supercar experience that you purchase, you will be allocated three miles per car. For example, if you purchase the triple supercar experience you will be allocated 9 miles in total. How long you are physically on the track really depends on how fast you want to drive!
What do I need to wear?
Please be aware that all driving experiences are completely outdoors and open to the elements. It's always worth packing a coat or umbrella even if the forecast looks sunny as airfields and circuits tend to be very windy!
Drivers should wear sensible shoes or trainers for driving and comfy trousers. Legs must be fully covered if you're driving a car with side exit exhausts.Â
Do all cars run in the rain?
Yes, events are run in all weathers unless it is deemed so extreme that it is unsafe to be on the track.
Do I have to drive quickly?
Not at all, the trainers will help you enjoy the drive however you would like to.
Are the cars dual control?
As we use real cars which are driven with pedals, some cars will use dual pedal control, and some will have a handle that can be pulled for an emergency stop if danger arises.
What happens on the day?
We advise customers to book all vehicles onto the same time slot however if you have more than three cars to drive, please DO NOT book the last session of the day. The time that you are choosing is your arrival time and will not be the time you start driving. Please be aware that you will need to allow up to 3-4 hours at the venue from your session start time to complete your experience. It is recommended you arrive at least 15 -20 minutes before your experience start time.
