Set on a friendly farm that’s home to over 50 animals, this 30-minute encounter is all about getting up close with the farm’s most iconic residents, the Highland Cows. With their shaggy fringes, long horns and gentle natures, it’s easy to see why people fall head over heels for these striking animals.
After being introduced to the cows, you'll get to meet them in their paddock. You’ll get to feed them by hand, give them a brush and plenty of fuss, and maybe even sneak in a cuddle or two. These cows are wonderfully photogenic, so don’t forget to take some Instagram-worthy snaps.
Linked to prize-winning stock from a well-known Yorkshire breeding programme, these Highland Cows are not only beautiful but also fantastic examples of the breed. That means you’re not just meeting any cows, you’re spending time with some seriously impressive ones!

Footwear/clothing recommendations
It is strongly recommended you wear sturdy boots, wellingtons or larger shoes.Â
During the winter months the field can be extremely muddy so wellington boots and waterproof clothing are recommended.
This is an extremely popular activity so booking ahead is strongly recommended.

Please arrive 5 mins in advance of your allotted start time to be booked in. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Worth every penny. John was so welcoming, just had a very home farm feel, not too commercialised which I thought was great! Lots of time with the cows, even got to go into the field with them and give them a brush. Also got some other food to feed the other animals on the farm. Partner loved her birthday present. Very wholesome

the guys up there are really friendly, professional and inviting, my wife as super surprised and excited. they have plenty of animals to meet and the highland cows were the highlight!

Such a lovely , up close experience. The owners are so mindful of the coos and made sure they are as happy as the visitors when seeing this wonderful animal . Lovely cafe and cakes too ! Really felt personal .

Treated my mother to this as a gift, due to her love of highland cows, and it was absolutely amazing, the highland cows are so well behaved and gentle and the farm owners are outstanding, very kind, understanding, polite, and explain everything down to the little details you need to know, will also answer all questions.
