Your balloon ride will be cancelled if the weather is considered inappropriate (rain, strong winds, fog) or if the ground does not allow for easy vehicle and trailer access.
You will be given as much advanced notice as possible if your balloon ride is cancelled and you will be able to reschedule it for a later date.
Vouchers are non refundable should the ride be cancelled due to bad weather.
Available for morning and evening balloon rides between April and October.
Morning - Between 6am and 9am
Evening - Between 5pm and 9pm
Your balloon ride will be around 1 hour but the whole experience from start to finish can take a 2-4 hours.
It is sometimes necessary to transport passengers to an alternative launch site due to wind direction for example.
Please arrive on time for your flight and even a little earlier if possible.
After landing, you'll be taken back to the meeting location.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
