London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expanded on 29th August 2023. The expansion includes all road entrances to the Resort, so please check your vehicle before you travel by car.
Your e-ticket can only be used for the date shown on the ticket, and the barcode will be scanned at the turnstile.
This voucher is valid for advanced bookings only which must be at least 72 hours from submitting the booking form - Please book at least 1 week in advance for the best chance at getting the date you want, especially for peak tickets.
Opening hours and availability of all rides and attractions are subject to change - seasonal availability may be limited in the Winter months.
Peak Dates include weekends and school holidays.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

Can I leave the Resort and re-enter on the same day?
Yes, just be sure to get your hand stamped as you exit the Park, then the team will know to let you back in.
Can wheelchairs be accommodated?
Only a limited number of wheelchairs can be accommodated at this attraction. Wheelchair bookings cannot be accommodated under this voucher as a result of this, and must be booked directly with the supplier.
Can I book a free carers ticket?
Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket. You must purchase at least 1 full-priced ticket to be able to request a carer ticket on your booking form. On the day of your visit, you must present one of the following documents as proof of eligibility:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) Disability Students’ Allowance (DSA), or DID card (UK Disabled ID card)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- Credibility’s Access Card with the carer/companion symbol
What are the height restrictions for the rides?
Each ride has its own height restriction ranging from 0.9m to 1.4m minimum.
Please also note adventurers under 0.9m can enjoy multiple attractions accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
Some rides need smaller Adventurers to be accompanied by an adult.
What is your Dress Code?
You must wear appropriate clothing (including a top and shoes) at all times whilst at the Attraction. If you are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, you will be refused entry or removed from the Attraction. Stilettos and loose clothing are not allowed on some rides due to health and safety reasons.
