No more than one Capture Portrait Experience voucher can be used per household within a 12 month period.
This experience does not include makeovers (hair and makeup).

Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.
A fully refundable deposit of £35 is taken on booking; this is either refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of your viewing. Deposits will be lost if you do not show for your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged within 3 days of the booking.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
