Canyoning is an off-site activity, you will receive a ‘What3words’ with the meeting location prior to arrival.Â
Please note: this is not a private session and as such there is the possibility you will be sharing this experience with others.Â
You need to arrive at the start / arrival time listed on your confirmation email, there is a strict time schedule and failure to arrive on time will result in your session being cancelled.

Sessions are only bookable on Tuesdays, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Please check availability before booking.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How many people can you take in one session?
This experience can include up to 30 people in a session.
Are there changing facilities?
This is an off-site activity so there are no toilets or changing facilities.
Do I need to be able to swim?
No, the ability to swim is not necessary but you must be confident in water.
What do I need to bring on the day?
You will need to bring a pair of trainers you don’t mind getting wet (no open toes, sandals, crocs), swimwear, towel and a pair of shorts to wear over your wetsuit. It is also recommended to bring snacks and drinks in sealed packaging.
Is this available all year round?
No, this experience is only available from 1st April to 31st October.
Do I need to arrive earlier than my start time?
No, you need to arrive at the start / arrival time listed on your confirmation email. There is a strict time schedule and failure to arrive on time will result in your session being cancelled.
Can I wear my glasses?
It is strongly recommended to not wear glasses for your safety and comfort.
Is there any parking on site?
Canyoning is an off-site activity, you will receive a ‘What3words’ with the meeting location prior to arrival. From this parking cannot be guaranteed and please allow plenty of time for this especially at weekends and throughout the summer months as Llangollen is a popular tourist destination.
Can I take part if I am pregnant?
No, you should not take part in this activity if you are pregnant.
Should I bring my medication with me
The instructors carry dry bags, so if you think you may need your medication with you whilst out on session, then bring it with you and ask your instructor to keep it safe.
Will my activity be cancelled in bad weather?
Sometimes. On the rare occasion where the weather makes it impossible to provide your activity within the strict safety guidelines, the experience provider may need to postpone. The experience partner will contact you as soon as possible if they need to reschedule your booking
